THIS IS THE LOWER PLATES ONLY FOR THIS MOD! You will need to buy the top plate, camera plates, and all the aluminum hardware from www.armattanquads.com in order to complete this build. This kit does include the hardware needed to attach the arms and mount the first layer of your stack. You'll need additional standoffs or M3 isolation dampers if your stack has more than one board in it. It also includes the necessary screws both for using the bottom plate or building the quad without it. If you are using the plate use the 12mm screws, if you are not using bottom plate, use the 10mm screws.
Integrated 25deg mini board camera (designed for PZ0420M) mount plate.
Notch in the front for steeper FPV camera angles.
Two battery strap holes in top plate for secure battery mounting.
FC and PDB mount hanging from the top plate to get good central mounting without interfering with the arm mounts.
Rear mount point for either SMA jack or rubber grommet to hold the power lines in place.
Mount points for cased FPV cameara (HS1177, RunCam Sky, etc) on both top and bottom plates.
Made as few cuts in strategic locations as possible to avoid stress risers.
3mm arms for 5" propellers.
Frame dry weight with two bottom plates will be about 112g. My test build of the first prototype is 530g including an 1800mah 4S battery. With a 1300mah 3S, AUW is only 460g.
This is a minimalistic lighter arm for the Crush mod, designed to loose weight at the cost of some durability. In 5mm carbon it should still be quite strong, but may warp or break near the motor mount under extreme stress.
This is the main plate for the TrueX Chameleon mod. It is 3mm thick, designed to take inset nuts for the main arm screws in the center, and works together with the 1mm spacer plate to fit the stock Chameleon aluminum parts.
This is an optional bottom plate to re-enforce the arm connection. You can also use two of these to make a true X acro quad, or combine it with your favorite top plate to make an FPV quad.
This is the 5" arm for the TrueX replaceable arm Chameleon mod. The design isn't quite symmetrical so you'll need to flip two of the arms over when you install them in the main plate. These arms can also be used with the optional bottom plate to make a 6" true X pod style frame.
This is a ZMR upgraded arm that will convert your ZMR to a 220mm sized frame for 5" propellers, or your XMR frame to a 180mm for 4" propellers. It includes the same extra protection for 22XX sized motors and reinforced neck as the full sized arm.
This is an upgraded design for the normal length ZMR arms for 6" propellors or the XMR with 5" propellers This includes better motor protection for 22XX sized motors and a reinforced neck to solve the stress riser problem in the ZMR 250 standard arms.
