Here is a design for 1106/1304/1404 motors class and aiming at installing the runcam split mini! As the split mini is a 2 stack height, the bottom plate is designed to receive the HGLRC F4 Zeus (4/1 + FC) which is a simgle plate.

20x20 FC holes. M2x12mmx4 motors. The complete quad should be under 100g, including 1080p 60i/s HD recording!

The design is un stretched frame, complete frame weight is 21g.

Exodus 5 inches unibody (5mm). The cut is done along the weaves. Fibers are in the direction of arms.

Extremely light and stiff frame: 63g for the complete frame + hardware. Extrem 5 inches racing frame.

Thanks for thinterrest for the Exodus 6".This is an long endurance/range frame, so the weight was important for design.

5mm replaceable arms, be carrefull there are 2 front and 2 back arms.

The design is for runcam mini or micro. 30x30 4/1 ESC + FC.

There is a SMA hole on the top plate.

Here is my pure race frame named the Vandal 4", fit 1407/1804 motors, holes patern is M2x12mmx4, complete frame weight is 28g! Bottom plate is 4mm and top plate 1.5mm.

The kit includes the 3 plates required for the frame.

As far as i know, this is the first 150 5S 3" low profil design frame, giving it a perfect mass distribution.

The design is realised around choosen high performance, small dimension and light components.

The result is a nice and well integrated 3" low profil frame. May be the first one in that kind and size.

In return, you have to be carefull with dimension of components you will choose.

Components i chose (see rcgroups thread) can be used as reference to know if your components will fit in that frame.

Remember that if you want to use bigger components, you can use longer aluminium columns.

Required M3 aluminium columns have to be purschased separatly because required dimenssion don't exist at armattan store.

Aluminium columns and alu screws can be easily found in many online stores in various dimenssions and colors.

Here is what you will need:

2X 29mm or 30mm columns

2x 10mm columns

4X 17 or 18mm columns

12X 7mm M3 aluminium screws

2X 8mm or 10mm M3 threaded axle

 and designed for the Piko BLX flight controler.

2mm diameter Nylon standoff for flight controler.

3mm diameter Alu or Nylon standoff for frame.

3" props

V2: improved cam protection (bumper at front of the frame added and cam holes mount are 1mm backed).

Front arm lenght increased and backed in order to increase space for front ESC installation. Base wheel is now 133mm.

Front arms motor protection increased.
