Motor mount holes are not universal. I feel that this gives a more solid and reliable fixing for the motors. Please check individual design descriptions, for motor hole spacings.

Arm - 4mm Thick - Matte Carbon to fit ZMR250 Frame
Description
4mm Matte carbon arm.
Will fit fit ZMR250 Frames with 10mm x 12mm body mount hole spacings
4mm longer than a standard ZMR250 arm
Motor mounting holes are 16mm x 19mm PCD only. They are NOT universal slots. I feel this gives a more solid and reliable fixing for the motor.
Additional Information
The oval hole at the motor end, slightly reduces weight without losing strength and is intended to improve airflow through the motor, in an attempt to keep the motors cooler.
