X550 Motor Mount Upgrade/Replacement V2.3 (larger cooling holes)

• 2mm Carbon Fiber mount

This upgrade works well and keeps your motors very cool.  It has always made me wonder why previous designs have never supplied a cooling path for motors.  In testing some of the models, the motors are so cool, its hard to tell they have been ran.

2mm CF should also provide more than enough strength.  The stock mounts in an X550 kit are very weak (fiberglass) and they will flex under load.  Aluminum mounts do work, but they can bend, and also for the size and weight CF is still a better option! 

I was holding off having this available for purchase until I had the chance to verify its design. 

It fits perfectly.  Cooling holes are lined up exactly and screw holes accept a wide range of motor mounting.  Very stiff and strong.  Very nice cutting from Armattan!
