The Devil's Whippet is the second installation in the Tinkers Race line. This lightweight craft is designed for the top end of competition without being so flimsy that it falls apart the first time a gate jumps out and hits you in the face.
 

While it's light, stiff and strong, so are many frames. What really sets Tinker's frames apart are the unique features they offer. Though not as versatile as the R1 the R1 Lite still offers several design & quality of life features:

• Variable Stack Position
• Swing up to 5.3" props
• Motor protection
• Space for two battery straps
• Alternative top-plate offering improved VTX protection
• Alternative arm styles with one bolt changing and low-cost deliberate weak point

As with all Tinker's Frames, a STEP file also exists on the Thingiverse and printable pages if you want to design your own parts.

This kit contains the key with mounting for 20×20 & 30×30 stacks. Opting for the 20×20 key saves a bit of weight and more space for battery straps. If you only need 20×20 mounting please check out the other kit options!

The Tinkers R1 is the first installation in the Tinkers Race line. Designed as an excellent introductory/intermediate frame it offers great durability while maintaining a reasonably light weight. But these are qualities lots of frames offer. What really sets the Tinkers frames apart are the novel or unique features they offer:

• single screw arm changes
• anti-wiggle nut and print
• Simple fin mounting solutions
• XT60 tie down
