    180g AUW Maltese 1306 3545 prop v2 2mm CF 13grm frame 135mm symmetric quad

    $ 14.34

    An updated version for stronger grass standoff zipties and rollbar zipties. with minimal skill you should get an AUW under 180g.  Ive been getting around 160g or less.

    An acro FPV racer made to flex on impact and for the newer pilots has moutning points for standoffs, zipties, and impact foam depending on if you need to dampen impacts or just keep the props barely above grassline.

    This version is a 2mm fr4.  This is more of an experimental version to see if sometimes bendier and lighter really do survive better. It should flex distributing shock and deformation along the entire body.  Its primarily designed to take forward impacts on an arm. The stubs at each motor are meant to become a bit frayed, or to be mounting points for hot glue, expanding foam or similar sacrificial high density impact absorbers.

    Updated version with slightly strengthened arms, and enables larger zipties for grass standoffs and rollbar.

    An acro FPV racer made to flex on impact and for the newer pilots has moutning points for standoffs, zipties, and impact foam depending on if you need to dampen impacts or just keep the props barely above grassline.

    This version is a 1.5mm CF which will be a bit fragile so avoid trees and concrete.  This is more of an experimental version to see if sometimes bendier and lighter really do survive better. It should flex distributing shock and deformation along the entire body.  Its primarily designed to take forward impacts on an arm. The stubs of CF are meant to become a bit frayed, or to be mounting points for zipties, hot glue, expanding foam, or similar sacrificial high density impact absorbers.

    To keep weight down I sandwitch the FC and reciever in foam but use a zip tie to hold the unit down in the center just clear of the props.

    After building it up it flies great. Top speed around 35mph for the following config.

    AUW 159grams,   Sans battery  118grams,

    • DYS 1306 motors
    • 6A 2gram ESC's
    • Nano-tech 450mah battery
    • clover leaf 5.8 antenna with an MX-VTX-B 200mW
    • 3545 props
    • Diatone V1.3 PDB with 5V step down regulator and custom LC filter.
    • A tinny 1g 600TVL camera with modified M12 mount for a 1.8mm Wide angle lens
    • a stripped racing FC and a stripped 6g reciever
    • 13 2mm zip ties, trimmed down
    • A bit of spongy low and medium density foam

    This is the lighter frame and will require careful vibration dampening of the FC or filter functions to dampen frame flex vibrations.  Go to the 2mm thick CF frame if you want to alleviate this problem for an increase of 3.3 grams and a lot more impact resistance.  That said, I have yet to break this hitting trees and fences.

    $ 10.74

    A slightly shrunk and optomized single body symmetric quad fram designed specifically for 1104 4000kv motors swinging 3 inch props.   Zip tie mounts have been increased with the additional option to rotate the FC and PDB 45deg to clear the props of its slightly oversized.  Expected weight is 150g or less with battery. More details after I get a prototype flying.

    MaltyCross 220 one piece 55grams 380g AUW 1500mah bat

    $ 39.30

    An experimental FPV acro racer mean to take collisions and bend with them.  3mm thick CF plate. This is an experiment playing around with features from other single piece frames but removing some of the stiffness features that seem localize fracture points.  meant for flying over grass, not concrete.

    Designed to take 6" props and ziptie landing gear"grass standoffs.

    Weighs in about 55grams, assembled as per the picture 270g  w/out battery.

    The Body in the assembled picture was made by Blackbolt Designs.  http://www.blackboltdesign.com/   and I encourage you to buy a couple of their bodies, if not some of their frames at the same time.

    Maltese 3.5in props 2mm CF 12.5grm frame 135mm symmetric FPV quad

    $ 11.24

    An acro FPV racer made to flex on impact and for the newer pilots has moutning points for standoffs, zipties, and impact foam depending on if you need to dampen impacts or just keep the props barely above grassline.

    This version is a 2mm CF which will be more rubust.

Top speed around 33mph for the following config.

    AUW 162grams,   Sans battery  121grams,

    This is the heavier 2mm thick CF frame for more robustness and less vibrations.  Go to the 1.5mm thick CF frame if you want a bit more performance and flex or to just loose 3.3grams.

    drop some cut down 4045 tri blade props on this and it rips!

    I originally built this to replace my diatone 150 improving symmetry and dropping mass by at least 10 grams. Plus I was tired of stripping screws on crashes with the diatone so this uses readily available zipties for everything.

    Flying Squirrel

    $ 46.00

    A Single frame FPV racer frame designed to support 6" props and have a stronger resistance to frontal impacts than side impacts as that is most likly how you will hit. The weight is centralized  and the front motors are spread out to allow for mid angle level FPV cameras    or else mount at a higher angle and widen the FOV.   Wight is centralized with the ESC's intended to be mounted as close to the center as possible.
