4mm SuperX 225 - fits 6" props on iXura pods, and 5.5" on Little Piggie pods. iXura and Little Piggy are available direct from http://facebook.com/ikuraFPV printed in high quality Nylon or Polycarbonate high strength materials. Will also fit Krieger printed pods.
The dropped stack plate creates more room within the pod for your stack, so two to three boards with a receiver on top will generally fit with ease.
